Our take on a classic tomato red, this glaze is a silky satin that yields deep rust reds with subtle crystalline details. It is a cousin to Dragons Breath and you may notice some similarities. But where Dragons Breath excels at rich complex iron crystalline surfaces, Heirloom Red specializes in smooth saturated reds that will make you think you’re firing in a high temperature gas kiln. No special cooling required!
Each batch is hand tested and always free of Barium, Lead, or Cadmium.
