Before contacting us, please obtain the following information about your kiln: Make/Manufacturer, Model, Serial number, Voltage, & Phase. All this information will be on a small metal plate somewhere on the side of the control box. We cannot proceed with any quotes, diagnoses, or repairs without this information.
*Please note, we cannot perform any repairs on LT-3K Sitter Kilns and certain brands of kiln, regardless of age. We cannot perform repairs on the following brands of kilns: Gare, Cress, JenKen, Sure-Fire, Duncan, Bailey, Crusader, Paragon SNF series or any sitter kiln series.
